- Returning an item
Not satisfied with one of our items?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the items.
However, the items must be in their original condition, including the attached price tag.
Register your return via our Return Portal.How to register your return in a few steps:
- Register your return via our Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item you want to return and provide the reason for the return.
- Choose a return method.
Returns are free for NL, DE, and BE.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN?
1. Submit online
Click the link below to access the portal. Here, you can register your return.
2. Pack the item
Carefully pack the items, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure to remove or make unreadable any old shipping labels.
3. Ship the return
Send your return via a DHL service point. Keep the proof of shipment until your return is processed correctly.
4. Refund
Once received at our warehouse, we will check and process the items. You will receive a refund within 2 to 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

IMPORTANT: Only returns registered via the return portal can be processed by our warehouse. Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

- Right of withdrawal
You can also use the right of withdrawal within 30 days by sending us a statement that you want to cancel the purchase. This can be done using the model form for withdrawal, but that is not necessary.
- Refunds
For returns, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days after we have been notified of the withdrawal. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products or until you provide proof that the products have been returned.
CHASIN’ reserves the right to refund the amount using a different payment method. This will only occur with the customer's consent; otherwise, the refund will be made using the same payment method. No additional costs will ever be charged for this.
If you have paid (partially) for your order using Performance Points, discount codes, and/or promotions, the points and discounts will be proportionally distributed across the ordered items. When returning these items, the points will also be proportionally credited back to your member account, and any parts of promotions may become void.
IMPORTANT: Only returns registered via the return portal can be processed by our warehouse. Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
- Complaints
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible.
Do you have another complaint? Please report it as soon as possible via our Return Portal. Your complaint will be processed no later than the next business day. We will send you a confirmation by email.

- Recall Protocol
At CHASIN’, safety and quality come first. We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality that meet all safety standards. In the unlikely event that a product does not meet our standards, we initiate a recall to protect and fully support our customers.
You can exchange the product free of charge for a new item that meets our safety and quality standards. Additionally, you can return the product online or in-store using the return form. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Recall Announcement
When a product is recalled, we immediately announce it through:

-Social media channels
-Customer email newsletters
-Notices in our stores
The announcement includes specific details about the product, including images, order numbers, product codes, and other identifying characteristics. We clearly explain why the product is being recalled and what risks are involved.
Customer Information
In the announcement, we provide support for customers to check whether their product is part of the recall. We also explain what customers can do to ensure their safety, such as refraining from using the product until it is returned.
Return Instructions
Customers will receive clear instructions on how to return the product.
Free return service: Customers can return the product free of charge either by mail or at one of our stores.
Refunds and Replacements
For recalls, we offer our customers the following options:
Full refund: Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Replacement product: If possible, we offer a replacement product that fully meets our quality standards.
All refunds and replacements will be processed within 14 working days.
