Safety and quality control for each product group
Product group pants, jeans and shorts.
Usage:
• Intended use: Covering the lower body / general casual wear.
• Reasonably foreseeable use: Loungewear / workwear / uniform (non-PPE).
Risk analysis: Our products are tested according to international standards to ensure safety and quality. This is done based on three main aspects:

Dimensional Stability: o EN ISO 5077:2017 and EN ISO 6330:2012: ensure consistency in sizing and appearance after washing, drying, or cleaning.

Color Fastness: o EN ISO 105-C06:2015 and EN ISO 105-B02:2014: evaluate color fastness against factors such as washing, light, and friction.

Physical Properties: o EN ISO 12945-2:2013 (pilling), EN ISO 13934-2:2014 (tensile strength), EN 1149-1 (antistatic properties).

Additional guidelines:
• REACH-compliance: Meets EC 1907/2006 and JOG Group RSL 6.0. We test our clothing for compliance with the REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006.
• General risks:
o Product is an obstacle | Person trips over product and falls; or person bumps into product | Bruising; bone fracture, concussion.
o Product contains a small part | Person (child) swallows small part; part becomes stuck in the windpipe and blocks the airways | Suffocation, airway blockage.
o Possible to bite off a small part of the product | Person (child) swallows small part; part becomes stuck in the digestive tract | Digestive tract obstruction.
o Keep away from fire | Person near flames may suffer burns, possibly after their clothing catches fire | Burn, scald.
o Sensitizing substance | Person inhales dust from the product, e.g. by putting it in the mouth; and/or dust contacts the skin; and/or person inhales gas, vapor, or dust | Sensitization; allergic reaction.
