Online
You can create an account online via the login button, through the homepage banner, or during the checkout of your order. Your Exclusive Membership is immediately active, and you start earning points right away.

Offline
In one of our CHASIN' stores, you can become a CHASIN' Exclusive Member. After leaving your details, you will receive a Member card from one of our store staff.

When you become a CHASIN’ Member, we ask you to fill in certain details, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.

Have you forgotten your password? Then request a new password via the ‘forgot password’ link. You will find this on the login screen on the homepage. After entering your email address, you will receive a new password by email within a few seconds. You can change this password again after logging into your account. If this doesn't work, please contact customer service via email at info@chasin.com or by telephone at 085-0220670.

If you are a CHASIN' Exclusive Member at CHASIN’, you save a 5% discount in Performance Points on all your purchases. If you buy a pair of jeans for 100 euros, you will receive 5 Performance Points on your card. Each point is equivalent to one euro. You can redeem the saved balance for a discount on your next purchase.

If you have made a purchase in one of our stores, the Performance Points are credited to your Member card overnight. For an online purchase, the Performance Points are automatically credited after a few minutes. Link your Member card to your online member account to save Performance Points both online and in-store.

The Performance Points you collect are valid for half a year, and you decide yourself where and when you want to redeem them. If you do not make a purchase for half a year, your Performance Points will expire. If you do make a purchase, you can redeem or continue saving the balance. The balance is again valid for half a year from that point.

It is currently not possible to save Performance Points when making a purchase. However, saved Performance Points can be redeemed.

• A Member card is not necessary but you can always request one. You save 5% on every purchase.
• Your Performance Points can be spent in all CHASIN’ stores and on Chasin.nl
• Saved Performance Points on a purchase in a store are credited the day after purchase.
• Your Performance Points are valid for half a year.
• Performance Points cannot be paid out in cash.
• In the event of theft or loss of your Member card, contact customer service immediately.
• CHASIN’ is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the Member card.
• The Performance Points you redeem are spread over all items in your order.
• For each item returned, you will also receive that portion of the Performance Points back.
